Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning is a Yorba Linda based residential service company looking for bright and enthusiastic individuals who have the ability to positively interact with our customers.
CLIENT SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR/ COORDINATOR POSITION:
Looking for an energetic, detail oriented, highly organized team player. Representative must be friendly, helpful and able to multi-task. Interacts with internal and external sources, along with employees and management in an effective and supportive manner. To be able to maintain a positive working relationship and promote quality customer service experiences to our customer’s. High level of Professionalism, Quality Focus, Problem Solver, and attention to detail.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
v Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet, Type minimum 40 wpm.
Must have at least three years customer service experience (call center preferred) and administrative experience.
