Client Service Advisor

Job Description: This position will support several Relationship Advisors (RA). Primary duties for this temporary position will include: 1) addressing client service requests related to deposit accounts and some cash management services, received via phone and email. 2) Responsible for adhering to Bank service and sales practices, policies, procedures, legal and compliance requirements. 3) Documenting client needs and requests within Bank systems such as Remedy and CRM. 4) Providing necessary agreements to external contacts and internal colleagues to support addition/changes to client deposit accounts and cash management services. 5) Handle daily service tasks with minimal supervision. Tasks include morning reports, client call preparation, obtaining needed reports, updating internal reporting databases, updating CRM contacts, and other tasks as assigned. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent analytical skills.
