Client Service Analyst
Core Requirements:
- Native Mandarin speaker fluent English
- Experience / Familiar in dealing with Securities
- Client servicing mindset - working with counter-parties departments within other financial firms??
Your responsibilities:
1) Assisting clients on a daily basis:
- Handling Client inquiries through phone calls and e-mails
- Guarantee clients and internal departments are having accurate information exchange
2) Contribute in processing tasks and actively improve to ensure superior service
- Implement workload balance in order to restrain high quality over quantity results
- Follow-up on related initiatives and maintain daily operations in a smooth flow
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with experience in Mainland clients and familiar with their culture.
- You should be able to prioritize, multitask efficiently and fast-paced to meet deadlines
- Detailed-oriented, analytical, strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Assertive to negotiate with external parties to defend clients’ interest
- Take initiatives to do follow-ups and investigations
- Cope with time or external pressure, challenges, and change of circumstances
- Stress resistant and an excellent team player with flexibility
- Prior client service experience in financial industry is an advantage
- Native Mandarin speaker is a must; excellent written and spoken English
