As an Analyst within the Financial Services team, you will work closely with senior management to manage comScore’s relationships with clients at the top Financial Services companies. You will have ownership of analyzing and reporting on multiple data streams. Provide strategic insights into observed trends to client to assist them in making informed business decisions. You will enable and provide superior service to clients including timely and informative responses to client inquiries, product training and support, and demonstrate sensitivity to clients’ business objectives and goals, with an eye toward expanding revenue opportunities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Deliver exceptional client service support to leading Financial Services clients
- Provide support to clients with syndicated services and ongoing custom deliveries of comScore data Provide insights to clients to ensure understanding of data and as to ensure they gain business value
- Continuously look to help transform and improve on syndicated products to help meet clients’ needs more effectively
- Actively work with clients and internal product and senior management teams to develop new products (and upsell existing products) to meet evolving client needs
- Deliver custom reports and analyses that address clients’ business needs, including conducting industry and web site research, performing data quality assurance checks and investigations, analyzing large amounts of data, researching changes in trends, preparing spreadsheet reports and presentations, and presenting findings to clients
- Become expert in comScore syndicated products and custom market research projects and capabilities
- Help manage contract renewals with clients in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in quantitative or technical field
- 1-3 years of work experience that includes analytical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven proficiency with numbers and statistics, experience in analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insight
- Solid communication skills
- Project management skills, including the abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments, geographic locations, and time zones
- Ability to manage and develop ongoing client relationships
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated, fast learner
- Team player willing to help others
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus
- Experience with syndicated data or custom market research, analyzing users’ Internet behavior, consulting, or training customers a plus
