CLIENT SERVICE ANALYST recruitment

The Client Service Analyst will be responsible for responding to all queries from both internal and external clients and the Sales team in relation to our clients’ accounts. You will respond to queries in a professional and timely manner within agreed deadlines, work closely with internal groups; including, but not limited to, Portfolio Management, Global Client Group, Client Reporting, Fund Accounting, 3rd Party Service Providers. You will also liaise with clients and compliance to ensure KYC documents are requested, reviewed and received in accordance with AML requirement. Last but not least, you will perform, prepare internal control monitoring, clients’ reporting, commission / trailer fees / sales campaign calculation, local regulatory reporting etc as well as partipate in projects and initiatives as requested.

To qualify, you will have at least 3 years of experience in Asset Management or Fund Administration/Shareholder services. Excellent communication, sound knowledge of investment products. Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must for the role.
