Client Service Analyst recruitment
The ideal candidate will be joining the Firm’s 11-person Client Service team and will report to the Managing Director of Short/Intermediate Duration Fixed Income strategies.
The Client Service Analyst will:
- Participate in all aspects of the client reporting process
- Update customized client report templates and prepare portfolio review presentations
- Revise product Pitch Books, Fact Sheets and other marketing materials
- Maintain and update client deliverables database
- Review and analyze internal accounting reports for accuracy
- Work with external providers (custodians, Bank of New York Mellon, Clearwater Analytics) to reconcile accounting/position discrepancies
- Coordinate investment team responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of investment strategy performance and portfolio characteristics entered into industry-wide consultant databases
- Compile and analyze competitors’ composite performance, portfolio characteristics and risk statistics
- Work with investment professionals on monthly performance attribution and investment commentary
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment or equivalent internship experience
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and be able to think “outside of the box”
- Knowledge of fixed income markets is a plus
