Client Service and Business Development Analyst recruitment

Our clients include corporations, pension plans, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, central banks, official institutions and mutual funds. In the U.S. we have offices in Boston, Chicago, New Jersey and New York. We have an excellent temporary opportunity for a Client Service and Business Development Analyst in our New York office. Individual will assist in preparing client reports, servicing clients, creating marketing collateral, supporting sales efforts and preparing supporting materials for investment analysis reporting.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Complete client reports, prepare marketing collateral and conduct ad hoc analysis.

• Coordinate and complete client reports, marketing collateral and various sales support and client service requests in conjunction with Client Service, Business Development, Marketing, Investment teams and other departments where necessary.

• Work with Client Service and Investment teams to prepare portfolio reviews.

• Complete data portions of RFPs, as requested.

• Ensure all materials adhere to industry guidelines from a marketing perspective. Liaise with Risk Oversight on standards and compliance of new materials.

Ideal Personal Profile:

• Strong understanding and interest in financial markets, particularly fixed income.

• Detail-oriented. 

• Must be comfortable with advanced mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Energetic and industrious self-motivated team player who works well under pressure and has strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize assignments so that all deadlines are met.

Academic Background and Experience:

• Related financial services work experience (preferably in fixed income asset management).

• Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

• Experience with Bloomberg, BarCap Live, Yieldbook and JPMorgan Markets a plus.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.

• Excellent academic credentials.
