Responsibilities
The primary areas of responsibility for the role are as follows:
- Opening, closing and updating of profiles and accounts for Corporate, Bank and other Wells Fargo clients on a variety of Wells Fargo applications.
- Creation and amendment of client charging profiles.
- Adding and amending of client fees, statements and billing profiles.
- Production of GFI Correspondent fees.
- Liaising with London and International colleagues to support the on-boarding process and investigate/resolve fee-related queries.
- Creation, maintenance and checking of client Test Keys.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of dealing with a variety of internal and external clients, providing examples of where collaboration assisted with resolving an issue.
- Ability to work in a small but growing team with a variety of responsibilities.
- Self motivation flexibility required; recognize the need to step up to assist colleagues when required.
- An attention to detail.
- An understanding of SWIFT.
- Excellent prioritization skills.
- Systems used: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Knowledge of the following applications an advantage: MidasPlus, IBIS, AQUA.
