Client Service Consultant – European Shared Support – London recruitment

Responsibilities
The primary areas of responsibility for the role are as follows:
• Provide Client support for London branch accounts for both GFI and Treasury Clients via SWIFT, Email, Phone and Fax queries.
• Load and track customer investigation cases in our case tracking system, updating, monitoring and escalating items when necessary.
• Create and monitor MIS reports.
• Monitor and control outstanding reconciliation items.
• Provide back up for Cheque Processing.
• Complete Self Audits across the teams functionality.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Previous Banking experience required.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• International Payment processing experience with extensive SWIFT knowledge.
• Fast learner, strong communication skills attention to detail.
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
• Strong IT skills especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Organised, with good time management skills.
• Reconciliation knowledge and experience.
