Client Service Executive, Private Banking recruitment

Reporting to the Relationship Manager, Private Bank, you will be an essential member of the Private Bank client relationship team, supporting existing High Net Worth (HNW) clients and the Private Bank Relationship Manager positions, as well as driving business growth. Functions will include providing effective marketing support, client account administration, monitoring, documentation and record keeping. Client Service Executive's are expected to maintain high levels of compliance and service standards.

The incumbent will have a strong understanding of the Private Bank advice process, products, business completion procedures and compliance requirements and assist the Relationship Managers as directed in growing the CAL/FUM and profitability of Private Bank. You will develop and build strong internal and external relationships and networks (eg. with processing areas and Private Bank clients), thereby leveraging from strong client relationships, proactively identify client needs and sale and/or referral opportunities.

Qualifications:

Candidates with experience in a customer facing role, preferable in a sales oriented environment are welcome to apply for this role. Well developed verbal and written communication skills and good knowledge of credit policy, procedures and processes will be required. Tertiary qualification in a business or advice field will be preferred. Chinese language skills essential (Mandarin, Cantonese) will be highly regarded.
