This Senior Client Account Manager is responsible for overall best-in-class client experience service delivery for one of the banks key target relationships. This client is a leading industry name, global in its investment strategy and multi product. Viewed by JPMorgan as a critical role you will be Globally accountable for flawless execution across all products and services and at every touch point within the organisation. The client is high revenue, complex and challenging and looking for ownership, accountability and a leader who will help them execute their strategic direction and growth agenda and who will be their advocate in JP Morgan.
You will have a proven ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners to achieve results and ensure we are consistently rated by he client as best in class.
In this role you will typically manage a team of individuals at a senior level, have virtual oversight for a distributed operations team and work closely with internal partners including the Relationship Mangers, Sales, technology and Product. ...
You will be recognised for your business and functional expertise with an exceptional knowledge and understanding of the financial, accounting and operational functions of our and the client's internal organisation.
Critical to this role is an impressive executive communication style and approach both written and verbal.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of a global integrated service delivery plan- Drive the relationship internally through effective communication and reporting escalation- Authority to identify required resources requirements / levels across all functions- Ensure co-ordination / resolution across all functions and regions- Developing and management of Client Centric metrics across all business lines- Develop maintain strategic client / account plan- Provide client with thought leadership on regulatory, industry and product solutions- Develop strong business relationship with key decision makers (internally and with the client)- Ensure effective agreed service disciplines (KPI, SLD, SDI) in place and tracked- Lead service and internal reviews- Ownership of the change management agenda-
