Client Service Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

The main objective for this role will be to manage the client take-on process and the ongoing servicing of UK pension scheme clients. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Ø  Driving the on-boarding process for taking on new clients

Ø  Managing the anti-money laundering compliance checks

Ø  Liaising with fund managers / transfer agents for the investment or disinvestment of subscriptions and redemptions

Ø  Instructing trades for certain third party investment vehicles

Ø  Overseeing quarterly client report production

Ø  Providing ongoing client service

 

Candidate Requirements

Degree educated, IMC or similar qualification

Demonstrable UK Institutional Client Service experience at an asset management house

Multi -asset class knowledge

Experience of client onboarding/implementation/SLA's

Excellent communication skills

Positive, pro-active can do attitude
