Client Service Manager
The team supports clients across the Asia Pacific region in the use of their real time financial market data feeds. With on-the-ground presence in Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo the team requires a specialist who is happy to work at a local and international level.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Providing first-class responsive support to clients and their technical and data issues with real-time datafeed products
- Responding to incoming calls and emails, logging faults and diagnosing issues.
- Investigating reported data issues thoroughly with the goal of providing a rapid solution.
- Following up with clients to closure, and then closing relevant tickets according to procedures.
- Be able to take the lead on team tasks such as maintaining rosters or organising and running team meetings.
- Acting as an escalation point for more junior team members.
You will possess:
- Familiarity with real time market data delivery systems in a dealing room environment
- Understanding of the securities industry from a Trading, Broking or Market Data environment
- Experience in a customer facing role, such as client service or sales support.
- Familiarity with Unix and/or Linux is useful
