Client Service Manager, Asset Management, 40-45K
The Company
Our client, a leading Asset Management firm, is currently seeking a Client Service Manager to join their team.
The Role
- Work closely with sales in supporting the implementation of new business launches.
- Assist with the preparation of responses and communications to clients including client meeting preparation, and presentations.
- Ensure all client data (including client profile, correspondences and activities) are up-to-date and recorded accordingly.
- Provide an exceptional client experience and ensure all enquiries are handled with highest standard of care.
- Liaise with clients and compliance to ensure client documentations are in place in accordance with KYC/AML requirements.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives (e.g. FATCA, audit, etc).
- Assist in reviewing operating procedures and ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
To be successful you will have:
- A degree holder in finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in client service / relationship management in asset management or financial services industry.
- Qualified holder of SFC license 1, 4 9 would be ideal.
- Self motivator who can operate independently and able to manage tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and is committed to deliver quality client service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and has ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese (Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage).
