Client Service Manager (Asset Management) recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to maintain good client relationship.
- Interact with portfolio management, analysts, overseas and external supporting teams to prepare regular client reports - including quality check and proof reading.
- Cross Sell service and product to existing clients.
- Prepare and maintain data related to RFPs, materials used in client presentations, and updates to asset consultants' database.
- Collaborate with back office, portfolio management, and compliance team on account start-up, investment management agreements, and special projects.
- Produce sales proposals and presentations.
- Assist to identify potential client leads and ensure sufficient follow up.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, specialized in finance, marketing and/or related disciplines.
- MBA, CFA or CAIA qualification will be a PLUS.
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Written Chinese is essential.
- Must possess at least 5 year experience in banking with strong background in sales or relationship management with financial institutions as clients.
- Ideal candidate needs to demonstrate its capacity in mutual fund and hedge fund knowledge.
