Client Service Manager, Associate/Senior Associate recruitment
To provide the highest level of client service to investment managers based in the Asian region, by effectively responding to their day-to-day needs. Candidate is responsible for the management of client enquiries, assisting in the development of a full multi-level relationship across the client base.
Research and respond to all enquiries raised by the Investment Manager that would include enquiries on trade, cash, corporate events and market knowledge. Ability to coordinate with all State Street Bank sites offices to ensure timely resolution of issues that adheres to the Service Level Agreements. Develop good communication and interpersonal relationship with Investment Managers and to maintain the high level of service that is currently being provided to all the Investment Managers.
Ø University graduate with 1 to 2 years experience in financial services or 3 to 4 years of working experience handling settlement issues in Middle East and Asia Pacific markets. Candidate with working experience in custody business or investment management companies will be highly considered.
Ø Some basic corporate action knowledge such as calculation of right issue, bonus shares, etc.
Ø PC literate, strong analytical skills
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Ability to communicate and interact with people of all levels.
Ø Willing to work flexible hours and during Singapore public holidays.
