This firm is a global banking and financial services company which has a large presence in Europe, America, Asia-Pacific and the emerging markets. They offer financial products and services for corporate and institutional clients along with private and business clients. Services include sales, trading, research and origination of debt and equity; MA; risk management products such as derivatives, corporate finance, wealth management, retails banking, fund management and transaction banking.
Apart from managing and playing a supervisory role for team members, your main responsibility is to ensure timely and accurate response to client queries from team. The team is also responsible for account opening, ranging from new accounts and sub account set up including KYC. They will review all legal documentation and draft documents/letters if required.
This team is very much involved in all implementation - from transition of assets, liaising with clients, incumbent custodians and various parties related to the transition. They work closely with transfer agency, fund administration, custody products teams on any new client on-boarding, setting up of accounts with Fund Managers.
You will be setting up and training clients on usage of client facing applications, preparing presentation slides and conducting client service reviews and due diligence. As such, the ability to articulate, formulate and deliver high quality presentations and communicate with all levels of management is essential. You should have at least 6 years of experience with strong custody, clearing or fund administration experience.
