Client Service Manager Job in Spokane 99001, Washington US

Secure Shred Client Service Managers are responsible for managing existing Client relationships as well as selling Secure Shred’s document destruction services to business clients.  This will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer service issues as well as prospecting, cold calling, and phone based presentations to decision makers, and key decision influencers.

Areas of Responsibility:

·         Respond to customer inquiries and efficiently resolve client service issues

·         Identify and generate new sales opportunities in existing and new accounts

·         Set phone appointments with appropriate decision makers within targeted accounts

·         Refer large account opportunities to Secure Shred’s direct sales team

·         Effectively communicate Secure Shred’s value proposition and key benefits to prospects, matching key client needs to Secure Shred’s solutions

·         Develop client proposals

·         Accurately track and provide detailed reports for management detailing sales activity, pipeline status and account management activity

·         Meet and exceed sales revenue and margin goals

Qualifications and Experience:

·         Minimum 3+ years of relevant account management experience and/or inside sales experience, or combination of education and experience.

·         Highly motivated and disciplined professional that doesn’t need to be micro-managed

·         Proven ability to effectively prospect, manage, and build relationships with corporate customers

·         Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas

·         Have a knack for negotiating and getting things done.

·         Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong personal computer skills (CRM, and Microsoft Office)

·         Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
