We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Sydney PCM team in the role of Client Service Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive account management to achieve portfolio growth;
- Acting as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients;
- Strengthening and deepening client relationships;
- Completing, maintaining and delivering against client plans and annual reviews;
- Identifying and securing cross sell opportunities within existing client base;
- Exploring business opportunities to expand the Bank's market share in PCM;
- Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers and Business Partners to support assigned clients daily service activities;
- Actively participating in the RFP process for existing clients;
- Developing, negotiating and implementing client Service Level Agreements;
- Identifying and championing all process improvement opportunities (internal/external).
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an account management role within transactional banking and/or cash management, with global cash management experience highly regarded;
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to deal with clients and stakeholders at all levels;
- A commitment to providing outstanding client service management and achieving team and personal goals;
- To be a solutions oriented team player with strong attention to detail
