Client Service Manager- Transcation Banking recruitment

Job Duties:

To support and implement strategy to differentiate the bank from its competitors in the payments and cash management market, and to improve and elevate market perceptions of the bank’s service proposition.

To provide dedicated account servicing and be the focal point of contact for a portfolio of top-tier and complex customers.

To liaise between internal departments locally and globally to deliver best in class customer service and to formulate solutions to meet clients’ special needs and requirements.

To understand customers’ day-to-day banking activities and operational needs so as to perform insightful reviews to streamline customers’ processes and to spot cross sell opportunities.

Work with the cash management team to explore business opportunities and effectively increase the bank’s wallet share from existing serviced client portfolio by cross-selling cash management product and solutions, locally and regionally.

To identify unusual account activities and operational deficiencies, and identify ways to improve operational efficiencies.

To proactively seek customer feedback on products and service to ensure continued business improvement.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder, minimum 4-5 years’ banking experience in the area of corporate banking relationship management role or cash management sales and service role.

Solid understanding of Banking cash management products and prior cross-sales experience is highly desired.

Strong people management skills.

Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential.
