We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Client Services Officer in our Sydney office.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing all documentation relating to import / export transactions for a designated client portfolio, ensuring compliance to all bank guidelines and requirements
- Monitoring of reporting and customer transaction flows, ensuring regular follow up and identification of potential issues or risks
- Maintaining effective relationships with customer base through regular communication and identifying and referring new business and cross sale opportunities as appropriate
- Provide technical support to relationship managers and customers as required, ensuring the continual developing of your own technical expertise through relevant training
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Higher school certificate or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Trade Services in a hands-on operations processing role
- Knowledge of trade services particularly in regards to UCP600, URR525 and URC522
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to identify referral and cross sell opportunities
- An eye for detail with a high degree of accuracy
