Client Service Officer AM (m/f) recruitment
Our client is a leading global Asset Management company which manages all asset classes for institutional and retail investors. They are seeking a senior Client Service Officer to join their office in Paris.
The Client Service officer will be responsible for supporting the institutional sales desk in Paris, taking ownership of client and prospect support, events, reporting, materials update etc. The main tasks will include.
Respond promptly to clients request and provide the relevant financial information or operational support.
Liaise with teams in different locations across the globe in order to find relevant information needed by the clients.
Act as a partner of the Institutional sales director or other stakeholders in the business to support accounts, working with them to build and promote the products, services and brand to current or future clients.
Help respond or coordinate responses related to the client's request for proposals (RFP)
Develop a strong relationship with consultant analyst teams.
Prepare and attend some client meetings along with Sales Director.
Prepare tailor-made materials and communications to clients on a regular basis.
Take full ownership oh the organisation and the delivery of large scale national and regional events for institutional clients.
Coordinate meetings and speaker requests and send out regular internal activities and opportunities reports, invitations and agendas.
Master in Business and/or economics.
At least 5 years experience in a Client Service department with proven communication skills.
Profiles with RFP or Marketing experience could also be considered.
Perfect level of both written and oral English.
Independent with a hands-on approach, willing to take own initiatives, analytical, well organized and details oriented.
Ability to perform under pressure, results orientation.
