Client Service Officer recruitment
Principal Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated account management and be the focal point of contact for a small portfolio of top-tier and complex Global Banking customers
- Liaise between internal departments locally and globally to deliver best in class customer service
- Explore business opportunities and expand the Bank’s market share of PCM
- Support the effective and efficient implementation of new services, ensuring a seamless transition
- Increase customer wallet share through cross-selling products and delivery of service solutions that meet the needs of the customer
- Proactively seek customer feedback on products and service to ensure continued business improvement
Requirements
- A degree holder with sound experience in corporate banking, payments, cash management or electronic banking
- A strong background in account management or client service is essential
- Excellent English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
- Customer-focussed and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
- Organised and able to effectively prioritise to deliver results in high-pressure situations
- Able to adapt quickly to different approaches and new processes
- Keen to learn the PCM business is a must
