Due to major expansion plans, this growing private bank is looking to hire an experienced operations manager who will manage a team of client service officers (about a team of 8) who will be the first point of contact for all client-related enquiries and issues. This will broadly include account opening, administration and maintenance, following up on documentation, loan portfolio monitoring and management, monitoring of high risk clients in the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with MAS requirements etc
To qualify you should have a degree in a relevant discipline with about 7-8 years of relevant client servicing or operations experience in a private bank with solid knowledge and understanding of issues, controls and processes in the client service operations area.
