Overview
Relationship manager and client service team head for one significant client relationship. Manage to ensure that all client service requirements are met by coordinating with various global sites to ensure proper service level for Investment Manager Outsourcing/Service (IMO/S). Build and support client relationship with managing staffs for daily management and be a contact for escalation. Have deep understanding of client’s business and its needs to provide a feasible service solution.
Relationship Management
- Visit client on a regular basis to understand clients’ needs and build relationship
- Monitor service level and conduct regular client service review session
- Responsible for account planning and strategy
- Understand the client to develop proper client service model to cater to client needs
Client Service Management
- Manage all aspects of the client service team operation
- Ensure sufficient client support for the services and products offered
- Handle day to day client inquiries and requests, at hands-on basis with the team members
- Ensure escalated issues are addressed promptly
- Ensure team/staff development through performance management and training when required
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Investment management operation, securities company operation, custody, fund accounting knowledge and experiences preferred
- Client facing experience and strong 'client service' mindset
- Team management experience preferred
- Strong communication skill (both in Korean and English, oral and writing)
- Able to work independently with sound judgment in handling day to day business
- Able to foster the team working spirits demonstrating the sufficient leadership
