Job Title: Client Service Representative
Location: Singapore
 

Job Details:

- Provides value-added services to external and internal clients (Front Office) and ensures a high standard of clients' overall banking experience

- Provides quality and client-focussed services achieving the defined service levels and KPI

- Assists Front Office in meeting the day-to-day servicing and administrative needs of the clients

Service Centre hours : 24 x 7 (Excludes weekends, 12mn to 6am)

- Maintains CS Singapore Main phone/fax line and email

- Performs client verification, and accept and executes order-taking instructions

- Prospect Handling, act as a first contact point for all prospects via phone, email or walk-in

- Maintenance of APAC prospect database

- Provides Hotel booking services to external clients

- Sets up and maintains online banking access for clients

- Processing of credit card applications for external clients

- Manages Financial Investor Scheme applications, and acts as an intermediary between the Front Office and MAS

- Acts as temporary ARM for the Front Office on an adhoc basis

- Performs User Acceptance Testing for several IT projects

Qualifications:

- degree qualification

- very strong communication skills

- ideally 2-3 years of relevant working experience

- call centre experience/ banking background will be an advantage

- language skills: must be fluent in English AND Mandarin, any additional languages will be a clear advantage
