Client Service Representative, Associate 2 recruitment
Job Description:
-Responsible for daily service support to Investment Managers
- Manage and enhance day-to-day relationships with Investment Managers
- Proactive liaison with other State Street offices to strive for improvement of service delivery and thereby attain service excellence
- Work with business units, operations teams and business support unit to ensure effective new account/IM transition/implementation and account liquidation
- Provide information delivery system training and support to Investment Managers
- Prepare and participate in service review meetings with Investment Managers
- Identify opportunities to promote State Street products to Investment Manager.
Requirement:
- University graduate with 1 to 2 years working experience in custody, fund administration or investment manager operation
- Dedicated and self-motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skill
- Good command of both spoken English and Cantonese and written English
