Client Service Representative – Global Custody recruitment
Due to their steady expansion in APAC business, they are now looking for high caliber candidates with excellent client servicing skills and language proficiency to join their Client Service Team.
Client Services Representative (CSR)
Team Lead position
Function:
The CSR will help servicing clients on a day to day basis, promptly resolving any client inquiries such as trade, cash, corporate actions, etc.
Close co-ordination with all operating departments will be required.
Duties Include:
- Be client advocate within the bank
- Maintain and monitor client satisfaction
- Resolve all daily cash and settlement queries from China and other Asia Pacific clients within 24-48 hours
- Co-ordinate new account set-up
- Provide discussion issues for client relationship calls
- Document all calls and meetings and distribute data to associates on a timely basis
- Provide system demo and training to China clients
- Participate in regular calls and meetings with clients to discuss open issues and their needs
- Ad-hoc projects
- Provide client report
- Assist RM in cross-selling.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Fluent in English and Chinese, strong Mandarin highly desired
- 5-8 years client facing experience with a financial institution, preferably from custody / fund industry
- Direct experience in global custody with solid knowledge of securities practices worldwide is a plus
