Client Service Representative/Administrative Assistant Job in New York 10010, New York US

The Client Service Representative/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting prospective education applicants with the enrollment process and supporting the Education department with day to day tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, computer, and written and oral communication skills and be able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.  This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in a growing company with many opportunities to advance. The ideal candidate has a background in or has a strong personal interest in the fitness and wellness industry.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

·         Guide applicants through the education enrollment process (provide enrollment links, answer questions, explain enrollment process) via phone and email

·         Data entry and processing (Excel and in-house databases) – input form information into our database such as registration forms, class transfers

·         Answer telephone calls for the Education department and direct to the correct person when necessary

·         Assist with special events

·         Answer emails, scan documents, schedule meetings, and other administrative tasks

·         Assist with any other tasks/projects as requested by the Education Department

SKILLS REQUIRED:

·         Strong computer skills: Mac OS, Windows 7, Excel, Outlook and Word

·         Good communication, both written oral

·         Self- motivated and willing to learn new processes

·         Team player and able to take direction from the Education team

·         Ability to work well within a globally distributed team

·         Social Media experience (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
