Client Service Specialist

The role is based within Client Integration which delivers a range of global connectivity banking solutions for the Group’s clients throughout Europe.

The role r is to provide first line functional and technical support in a local language to top tier Polish and French client base, escalating all queries to IT support i
Provide client integration management and consultancy services to Key Account clients.
This includes; client consultancy, managing intermediate/complex integration projects, site visits and client training.

You will also work on integration projects of business which will handle all aspects of global and regional cash management solutions

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Fluent in verbal and written English, Polish and French
Good knowledge of business requirements
Good academic background
PC skills and an understanding of I.T environments
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
