About the Job

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist for our Lender Services Division, position responsibilities include:

 

·         Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents and servicing them through regular contact, problem resolution, responding to inquiries, assisting with account reviews, quarterly reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely data file transmissions and premium payment.

·         Servicing agents by reviewing quotes and books of business, issuing individual policies, assistance determining loss ratios, processing client requests and claims exceptions, and making recommendations for changes and improvements.

·         Responsible for policy, endorsement and cancellation issuance including examining requests from insured or agent, original application, and other company documents, ensuring compliance with filings, and selection of proper forms.

·         Compiling data and records changes in insurance policies; maintain policy efiles.

·         Preparing and presenting documentation for sales presentations, proposals, quarterly review meetings and new business implementations.

·         Performing a variety of administrative tasks quickly and accurately to ensure superior customer service for clients and agents.

·         Assisting management with new client opportunities and supporting the project team with informational and organizational materials.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications include 2+ years of client service experience, insurance experience a plus.  Experience working face to face with clients and developing long term relationships is required. Must have great written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.  Bachelors Degree preferred.  Solid computer skills including all Microsoft Office products, with specific abilities in Excel and Word.  Must be detail orientated, highly organized, and flexible.  Ability to solve problems quickly by implementing processes and ensuring accurate communication with clients and team members.  Must be able to work in a team environment, some travel is required.
