The Asia Private Banking Client Service Team is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join their team. The team is responsible to provide support to Bankers and Investors, as well as managing the day-to-day administration and servicing for client accounts.
Job Responsibilities
- Acts as a primary contact with external clients for day to day account administration and servicing
- Provides proactive personalized service including transaction processing/execution of cash products, assist client on cash flow management, inquiries, investigation handling, and account monitoring
- Opens new accounts as instructed by clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is requested, received and approved for operations
- Assists Bankers in arranging credit facility for client
- Assists Bankers in preparation for client meetings and marketing trips and preparation of marketing materials to new clients, and post-meeting follow-up including execution of client instructions, preparation of product proposals and account opening
Skills
- Language Requirements - In addition to English and Cantonese must possess fluent written and spoken Mandarin including knowledge of both simplified and traditional Chinese characters to be capable to deal with clients independently and able to understand client inquiries and problems; possess judgment and discretion in working with highly confidential information
- At least 5 years of solid Client Service / Relationship Manager support experience from Private Bank, and with solid Taiwanese / Mainland Chinese clients' handling experiences
- Good working knowledge of all Private Banking investments products and the relevant operational aspects of Private Banking cash products such as money transfers, loans, time deposits, funds, etc. ; understanding of the documentation and securities settlement requirements
- Understanding of all control standards, particularly those related to money transfers, securities settlement, hold mail, credit and other transactional services
- Good interpersonal skills to service and maintain clients and Bankers relationships
- Knowledge of all relevant systems and software packages including e-mail, lotus notes, Excel, and other information sources
