Client Service Team Operations & Team Process Analysts (Portfolio Strategy, Investor Advisory – client planning) Investment Management recruitment
These positions will spearhead, organize, plan-out, coordinate, and execute all team client service operations from broad level team client planning and strategy to strategic team goal planning and execution to client presentation creation. This position will have a direct investor interface and will be responsible for ensuring the investor has what they need, before they need it. These positions will:
- Ensure understanding of the key goals of the team to oversee and execute operations excellently.
- Gain understanding of each client meeting to understand the purpose and goals of the meeting, work with multiple company groups to gather required information, and create unique and impactful presentations. Coordinators on the client facing teams will interface on a consistent basis with investors.
- Schedule and coordinate (and attend where applicable) meetings, investor conferences, investor conference calls, etc.
- Create special reports to track team statistics, etc.
- Identify team pain points and seek to overcome by creating new processes, procedures, etc.
- Ensure each team member has what they need to accomplish team goals before they need it.
- Assist with client planning and ensure team is staying on task and achieveing goals at all times.
These positions require a true service mentality. We are not looking for individuals that want to directly manage investor relationships, but instead love being the key go to person and enjoy being both in front and behind the scenes to ensure all team operations run excellently. Chosen candidates will gain extensive exposure across all areas within investment management and the client service functions. Positions will provide extensive learning opportunity and advancement.
Qualifications:
- Sorry, there is no sponsorship or visa transfer available for these positions.
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree with a strong cumulative GPA and demonstrated track record of leadership.
- Prefer candidates with between 1 – 8 years experience working in non-administrative, middle to behind the scenes team support position such as marketing coordinators, marketing analysts, client service administrators/analysts, road show coordinators, event coordinators, scheduling coordinators, corporate access coordinators and associates, conference planners, operations coordinators, client service, sales assistants, investment banking analysts, portfolio assistants, or investor relations positions.
- Some client interface in past positions highly preferred.
- Organized, detailed, can-do nothing is below me as long as it helps the team mentality, strong client service mentality, eager to be the go to person, but also able to and comfortable with directly interfacing with investors.
- Ability to connect all the pieces together and understand how one problem will affect the broader picture.
