CLIENT SERVICE/TECHNICIAN REPRESENTATIVE
- Authenticom is looking for individuals to join our company. Duties include: Process client orders, monitor results of nightly polling operations, audit data output for completeness, coordinate enhanced data applications. Deliver excellent user support and/or training to clients via phone. Candidate must have a H.S. diploma, or equivalency, preferred IT education or training. IT help desk or a customer-service background is ideal. Must be proficient in Microsoft, able to work independently, excellent organization skills, very accurate with great attention to detail.
