Job description:
A leading global bank requires a Client Services Manager to join their expanding team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be tasked with protecting, retaining and growing the current book of business whilst maintaining the relationship of existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Managing and servicing the existing client base in multiple locations
Developing client relationships
Resolving any technical issues arising in client relationship
Interface with client on any technical matters involving new product launch and fund restructures
Constant client contact through regular site visits and reviews to ensure appropriate levels of client service are maintained
Assist client with new product or fund launches from inception to delivery
Internal stakeholder management with Sales, RMs and Business Implementation
To partake in yearly client credit review
To collate and deliver management information when required
Qualifications/experience
- A relevant degree
- 5-10 years’ experience in the funds industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting valuations, Custody and Investor Services
- Practical knowledge of trade capture, fx, cash management, accounting, valuations, TA and systems integration
