Position summary
Reporting to the Manger of Customer Service, this experienced Client Service Account Manager will be responsible for providing top quality technical service support to the premier clients of HRsmart Canada. This individual will be the primary point of contact and be responsible for assisting customers in answering inquiries, training, troubleshooting and providing communications related to HRsmart Talent Management Software solutions
What will you do?
- Become a subject matter expert on HRsmart’s Talent Management Solutions
- Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and HRsmart
- Manage client accounts to monitor client satisfaction levels
- Provide troubleshooting assistance
- Track a request/issue from its inception to resolution, working closely with the designated client developer and other company departments
- Manage the Ticket Tracking System
- Ensure tickets are assigned estimated delivery dates and that all requests/issues are handled within our Service Level Agreement specifications
- Handle incoming client calls to the Customer Support Line
- Provide clients with information on product upgrades and releases
Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluently bilingual (English/French)
- Experience in conflict management and negotiation
- Demonstrated hands-on experience and good working knowledge of software development and testing
- Demonstrated ability to document and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Products
- At least 2 years of customer support experience in a technical environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and resolution
- Must maintain professional demeanour with customers at all times
Preferred
- Experience with group facilitation
- Experience with human resource management practices and/or recruiting practices
- Experience with HTML a plus
