Current Need

The Client Services Account Manager is a unique position which requires the successful candidate to work both out of their home office and internally at a large strategic customer location in the New Jersey area. The client is a large pharmaceutical company with a wide variety of strategic and operational needs related to their acquisition and adherence programs with McKesson Patient Relationship Solutions.

Position Description

The Client Services Account Manager is responsible for leading key client relationships, managing projects/programs, defining preferred business models and managing special projects. The Client Services Account Manager is the primary client contact for adherence programs and is responsible for providing solutions that proactively exceed client expectations. In addition, this position leads internal teams and ensures that all program objectives are met, including pre-defined profitability goals.

Additional Knowledge Skills

- Collaborative, customer focused, and able to create visible value to client and within the organization

- Ability to manage multiple projects toward effective solutions and according to budget and timelines.

- Experience in budget modeling and forecasting

- Desire experience with data analytics, preferably related to compliance and persistency.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to develop strong team relationships and bring individuals together to focus on team goals

Minimum Requirements

- 3+ years of senor level account management experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

- 3+ years formal project management

- 3+ Years managing diverse teams

- 1+ Years Call center experience preferred

- Prior experience with loyalty or alternative sampling products preferred

Education

4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
