Client Services Administrator
This a great opportunity for a native Spanish speaker who must also have excellent spoken and written English.Candidates must have a background within the financial sector and have a broad understanding of money transfer and how the financial industry really works
This is an important client facing position with responsibility for the servicing and retention of major clients
The Client Service Administrator will:
Be responsible for relationship-based client support across a number of market segments for Treasury Services.
Act as the main contact for servicing issues for all Treasury Services related matters in relation to all Treasury Services products including but not limited to USD Funds Transfer, Multicurrency payments, ACH, Global Mass Payments, FX Referral, Electronic Banking and Trade Services.
Manage different types of investigations and inquiries ensuring resolution to payment, trade or any other product/service queries
Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports, product usage and AML/KYC compliance information
Proactively participate in the development of regional marketing, retain and extend client income
Support compliance initiatives (compliance calls, AMK/KYC, FTSI requests, etc.)
There will be some overseas travel
A Bachelor's degree is important and the candidate must be fluent in Spanish.
The qualified candidate is required to have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, with a strong background in customer service and/or operations. Significant prior experience dealing with external customers (with corporates preferred) is required.
