Experienced Administrator to join our Client Correspondence team who work together with the Front Office, Wealth Support and Operations teams to handle client queries relating to client reporting, client correspondence, audits, and the completing of the master card applications. It is also responsible for the creation and dispatch of all client mass communications.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:
- Liaising with internal departments external provider to generate communications to be dispatched to clients
- Interfacing between Operations, front office, wealth support and external providers to facilitate the monthly client reporting
- Driving improvements to the overall Client experience by working with other areas of the Bank to ensure a seamless service
- Implementation of internal and external directives and guidelines in daily transactions
- Constantly working to increase customer satisfaction and improve the function/service offering by reviewing, recommending and implementing new processes within the Team
- Providing thorough and independent audits to third party companies, cross checking instructions with the front office.
- Providing support to front office with the completion of Master Card offering, and also the dispatch of master card pins
Role requirements:
- Previous experience within a client focused support area from a Wealth, Private Banking or Hedge Fund environment - Client Services with particular exposure to dealing with bespoke client queries.
- Track record in delivering workloads in an accurate and time effective manner, always paying strict attention to internal regulatory deadlines.
- Must have strong MS Office skills - Excel and word advanced essential.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise within a busy and fast paced, dynamic team working environment.
- Confidence to build strong professional relationships internally and with external providers. Process orientated and ensuring defined SLA's are upheld.
- Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills.
