Client Services Analyst recruitment
The role will be focussed on servicing customers in Europe, with additional special projects in North America and Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing first line support and training for the TIM Ideas community, in person and by telephone and email. Some international travel is likely to be required
- Championing feature enhancements on behalf of the customers and working closely with the product development team
- Presenting and explaining complex financial reports and performance statistics to clients
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Identifying and rectifying possible / potential client issues
- Supporting other areas of TIM Group with reports / information as required (Marketing / Product Management / Business Analysis)
Essential attributes include:
- Demonstrable prior interest in the financial sector
- Highly Numerate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a wide and varied audience
- Tenacious in approach
- Proactive and self-managing
- Some MS Office skills; must have some experience in Excel
- Solid IT skills
- A strong academic background or equivalent experience
Desirable attributes include:
- Prior experience in the financial sector
- Previous commercial experience in client / technical support
- Previous experience support Saas (Software as a Service)
