Client Services Analyst – Software Implementation recruitment

The ideal candidate will be someone who understands customer service orientation, can handle data collection and ordering and is able to work in a fast paced environment.

Principal Responsibilities Accountabilities

• Responding promptly, handling and resolving client inquiries

• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

• Processing system set-up requests

• Directing client requests and unresolved issues to appropriate sources

• Recording details of client issues, interactions and transactions as well as actions taken to resolve issues

Knowledge Requirements

• 4 Year College Degree

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Proficiency in using Excel, MS Office and other general computer applications

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize work within the area of responsibility

• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as organizational skills a must!
