Client Services Anaylst (Japanese) recruitment

Our client is a well-recognised and highly established Investment Bank with offices around the world. Has the global reach, advisory services and distribution power to meet the needs of issuers and investors worldwide. They are looking to hire an experienced candidate to join their Client Services Team
The main function of the role:
- A one-stop contact point for Japanese customers/clients whenever they have any queries/requests for any transactions/collateral/master agreements with our client.
The main responsibilities of the Client Services Analyst will include:
- Checking ISDA/CSA draft from the viewpoint of Collateral management and Client Liaisons
- Monitoring some sensitive Japanese corporate customers' FX exposure and collateral valuation
- Sending the collateral call notices to Japanese customers and confirm the settlement details
- Receiving the customers' queries/request for any aspects of transactions e.g. Terms and conditions discrepancies between the customer's understanding and confirmations, verbal confirmation of the next settlement amount etc.
- Sending MTM Reports to the specific customers
- Enhancing the customer services standards to Japanese customers under the discussion with Front Office
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A qualified degree
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations
- Strong understanding of ISDA / CSA
- Basic knowledge of various derivative products especially in FX options and IR Derivatives products
- Understanding of the Japanese customers' sensitivity
- Proficient in Japanese language skill in writing and speaking
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills
- Strong Change Management and Critical Thinking skills
- Continuous focus on process improvement/process engineering
