Client Services Associate, Fixed Income
A rare opportunity for a Client Services specialist to join this entrepreneurial boutique Asset Manager within their Client Services Marketing division working within a client facing capacity. The Client Services Associate will work closely and support a small team of senior Sales Client Relationship Managers providing a cohesive and proactive approach to servicing existing clients as well as assisting in the attraction of new clients from an operational point of view.
It is essential candidates will come from an asset management client services background covering Fixed Income portfolios. Your client reporting production will be utilised producing ad hoc/custom reporting and client presentations. In addition you will collaborate and work closely with the CRM’s for account start-up, special projects, and guideline management for example.
This opportunity will appeal to accomplished Fixed Income Client Services specialists who maintain current knowledge of investment strategies, market conditions and key occurrences in the global marketplace providing a proactive approach to supporting key stakeholders.
Candidates must have a 2.1 degree in Business or Business Administration, with concentration in Accounting, Economics, or Finance, will have or will be willing to study for IMC, a minimum of 12 months Client Services experience gained from an asset management background and will have a good knowledge of Fixed Income. Advanced Excel skills are also required.
