Client Services Associate recruitment
An opportunity currently exists with a Private Equity Investment company who focus on the Asian and European Real Estate sector. With over US$10 billion in assets under management, these investments cover the retail, hotel, residential and industrial sectors.
This vacancy is for a Client Services Associate to be responsible for the co-ordination and support of communications with clients being the first point of contact for investors ensuring a first class level of service. You will have daily interactions with various teams throughout the business and be working on client service related projects enhancing Client relationships. Furthermore, you will be responsible for understanding issues influencing fund performance, writing reports and drafting.
The successful candidate for this role MUST have:
- A passion to pursue and develop a career in Client Services.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Highly numerate being able to understand and manipulate data.
- Previous experience within Investment Management across Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge/ degree in Investment Real Estate would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will also be a team-player with good project management skills who is pro-active and manages well under pressure.
