Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming phone calls, e-mails, and internal sales and RM related inquiries.
- Ability to identify urgent issues that can have associated P/L risk and are therefore considered top priority
- Monitor production support and investigate issues with production applications. Identify operating problems within production areas in Integration and Demo.
- Monitor ticket queues and resolve technical operation issues in conjunction with development and application support.
- Notify both FXall business groups and clients or liquidity providers of any production trade issues immediately.
- Investigate and resolve client issues related to trade execution, STP, or third party vendor.
- Assist clients through inbound/outbound calls, chats and emails.
- Knowledgeable with current market trends
- Basic knowledge of foreign currency trading.
- May be asked to perform production implementations and solve production issues by working with development teams.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum four years relevant work experience.
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to prioritize and handle pressure situations.
- Professional phone demeanor.
- Microsoft Office knowledge. Primarily Outlook.
Experience with the following a plus:
- Trading environment experience.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
- Sales force experience.
- FX Settlement experience.
