Client Services Associate recruitment

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Process fiduciary deposits, loans, transfer of cash and securities, and highlight to Financial Advisor any cash management needs.

Transaction Management: Accept and place orders upon Financial Advisor and/or client request.

Client Service: Coordinate account opening/closing processes for all account types while maintaining integrity of regulatory requirements.

Review client portfolios for all updates.

Respond to client inquiries on account documentation, account activity, statement information and/or general product.

Answer administrative and operational inquiries.

Maintain existing accounts through excellent client service and client files up to date.

Experience Required

Languages: Fluent Spanish, English, both oral and written. Fluent in Portuguese is a real plus.

Characteristics: Communicate effectively, sense of responsibility, reliable, flexible and trustworthy.

Experience: Educated to college degree level and financial experience are preferred but not essential.
