Client Services Associate recruitment
Our client is currently recruiting into their newly formed Client Services team. The successful candidate will join a fast paced environment and proactively contribute to daily client service improvements across all product services, including:
- Managing clients contact building and maintaining relationships
- Respond in a timely fashion to all clients requests with detailed feedback
- Work closely with internal groups to manage and resolve client queries
- Perform checks of system enhancements
- Identify and escalate all system issues where necessary
Experience working with software systems and ability to demonstrate knowledge of financial markets and OTC derivatives would be ideal.
Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience is desired.
