Client Services Associate/Specialist
Our leading Blue-Chip Asset Management client is seeking a Client Services Specialist/Operations Specialist to sit within their Client Management team in London.
This team is responsible for supporting the business in the delivery of exemplary service to multiple clients that include Corporate Investors and Financial Institutions. In your role as a Client Service Associate you will be required to provide day to day client service in addition to the support of internal teams and outsourced administration partners, in the delivery of client service.
Your duties will include the project management of the transition of clients as well as managing the delivery of BAU and ad hoc request from clients.
You will be required to work closely with Client Directors and Investment Professionals from across the business; additionally you will be proactive in finding ways to re-engineer processes and take responsibility for and ensure the quality of client relationships.
The preferred candidate should be qualified at IAQ and IMC or above and be able to exhibit good knowledge of institutional markets that include insurance companies and third parties.
In addition, you should be hardworking, organise, prioritise and multi task effectively. The chosen candidate will be a confident, proactive team player with excellent stakeholder management skills. Preferably, you will have at least 3-4 years of experience to offer.
