Client Services (Cash Management) (m/f)

Full-Time, Frankfurt am Main

The Role:
• Providing exceptional service to customer account queries in a timely manner on a day to day basis to a number of clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Resolution of cash management issues and dealing with internal queries to resolve any payment issues
• Recording and taking ownership of all enquiries and updating the status of enquiries on the relevant systems in line with procedures.
• Identify improvements to be made to current procedures

Your Profile:
• A track record of providing high quality support to corporate clients and/or financial institutions. This experience should be gained working in a Bank within a Client Service, Payment, Accounting or Treasury department
• Understanding of electronic banking/payment systems in Germany
• ACT qualification is desirable
• Strong MS Office skills are required, advanced Excel skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work with accuracy and precision
• Able to work well under pressure
• Fluency in German English skills is required.
