1. Team description:

The Client Services team plays a crucial role in our philosophy of maximizing client satisfaction. In fact, the team is one of the main interfaces with all of our clients in France (institutional investors, distributors, asset management advisors, and AXA insurance brokers) in all aspects of the client relationship.

The team consists of nine people divided into two business segments (Client Reporting and Communication) which interacts daily with our clients in all aspects of reporting (defining reporting needs, reporting quality control, preparing investment committees, monitoring submissions, managing ad hoc requests, etc.) and communication (product, regulatory, sales, etc.). The Client Information and Administration team interacts daily in all the other aspects of the client relationship.

2. Intern’s primary role and assignments:

You will be part of the Client Reporting and Communication team and will report to the team manager. As such, you will:

- supervise the implementation of all facets of the new client emailing software (client needs, functional scope, project management, user tests);

- promote, send, upgrade, and track our content offering (news, reporting, strategy, expertise, and communication) to clients;

- initiate proposals to add certain specific client needs to this channel;

- act as the AXA contact person for all client requests;

- assist all the other team members with their daily tasks.

The ultimate goal of your internship is to contribute to improving the quality of client service.

3. Applicant profile

- Highly client-oriented, good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate easily.

- Motivated by client service. Prior experience in asset management desirable.

- Disciplined, independent and solid sense of initiative.

- Project management

- Graduate from a Business school or from a university specializing in finance

- Prior knowledge of economics and finance desirable.

- Fluent English (second language a plus).

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack desirable.

- Willingness and readiness to adapt to new software
